ROBINSON HOUSE
The Montpellier Group Property Division completed the construction of a 16,200 sq. ft. building at Westlakes Science & Technology Park in February 2006. Thomas Armstrong were appointed as the main contractor and work commenced on the Plateau 2 site in May 2005. The building is fully let to two engineering companies that are seeking to expand their operations in West Cumbria - Nukem Limited and Shepley Engineering.
The building represents another significant step forward in the development of Westlakes as it is the first fully private commercially funded building to be constructed at the Park.
