KELTON HOUSE

Kelton House was completed in July 2006.  Situated on Plateau 6 the new 23,200 sq. ft. building provides 11 office suites ranging from 900 - 4,200 sq. ft., many of which enjoy spectacular panoramic views to the south and the Lake District's western fells.  There is also a fully equipped, air conditioned, meeting room.

Design work was carried out by architect, DGP International and the main contractor was Border Construction Limited.

Kelton House received funding from the European Regional Development Fund, West Lakes Renaissance and West Cumbria Development Fund.
